    One side Headlight NO POWER!

I need help with diagnosing a problem! Driverside headlight went out. So I switched the bulb from other side over and visa versa. Bulb seems to be working properly. So I checked connector voltage. And no power is going to the connectors on the driver's side. Whole other side is perfectly fine. So I suspect is the fuse. But no chart on the manual... Gone through checking almost all of it. No bad fuses either. (Highbeam also working fine both sides) Help????? MY14 Passat.

    Have you checked the relays?

    Problem SOLVED!

this is for anyone who experience similar issues. just reiterate the issue. Bulb is checked working. all fuses checked working. no power detected at connectors at the bulb. other side is working fine (obviously with power reading at connector). after all these conventional procedures I've almost given up. but then i realised a big mistake. most of our car cars are computer controlled rather than the conventional switch = complete circuit = lights on. all the signals are sent to the lighting module (or some computer control centre) so i figured maybe it was just a computer error. so i followed the following steps to do a ECU reset.
    1. unplug battery
    2. wait a minute
    3. touch the negative wire with positive (not the battery! the two wires) if they don't reach i just bridged it with a screw driver. for 10 seconds.
    4. reconnect battery. (positive first then negative for less sparks)
    5. put car in on position and wait 1 minutes, but mean while light should be back to normal!!!! all done!!!!
    6. continue loving your car.

Yes a reset of the ECU will often fix these issues. Good to hear you got it sorted
