    Oil light coming on

    Hi guys, I've got a 2009 3.2l Passat and although it was recently serviced the "check oil level" light is coming on. Oil levels are fine on the dipstick. Any ideas?

    Could be the oil level/quality sensor in the sump.

    Bonnet switch faulty.....when you open the bonnet does it display on dash like when you open the doors?

    No don't think so. Got it booked in at VW anyway.
