    Yea spend, spend, spend
My car is fully developed at Evolve-Technik.. Everything from my Semi-Slicks (Track Use), coilovers, sway-bars, ECU tuning, Brake Upgrade (Track Use), BBS Wheels (Track Use) and High Flow Cats. They will either do it for me or refer me to someone who can (BBS Wheels).

The formula for calculating torque is : Torque = 5252 x HP divided by RPM.
So if a dyno chart gives the HP and RPM torque can accurately be calculated
it doesn't matter about gearing etc it is a mathematical fact and works every time

Why would one 'chop' part of a dyno chart off to display?
You know if you select the main channel or overlay channel on your Mainline dyno as 'Torque' set the Channel Properties to 'Derived Torque' as use the OBDII Tacho Pickup you will in fact -

    1) Get a nice full size screen printout of the torque curve
    2) Have it referenced by RPM
    3) Obtain a torque figure that is accurate (as per the rpm input)

Print that graph again, dont chop it in half, and it will make more sense to the users here

    I don't know.

I am hearing a high pitched clicking in amongst the exhaust noise. Like there's a loose marble or ball bearing clicking about. It might be an artefact but it's definitely there in the recording.

Otherwise the noise is OK; but to be honest I think the stock exhaust noise is pretty good too. I had a Remus exhaust on a past car and after a few days I had regretted it. Took 2 years to burn a hole in the muffler and I got the stock muffler put back on. Now that Im older I think the subdued noise that shows some refinement is best for me. Each to their own though.

    What to do??
Liminary, you're spot on. Surely it's maturity - NOT age. It's mega $$$$ for an exhaust that may be too loud, not sounding right or made for "jabbers". This exhaust is big $ and too high for any mistake. Are there any other options? Surely there must be another option.
I would like my R36 to sound a little more meater and just a little louder - like an R32??
    What to do??

The exhaust alfie had fitted by Evolve-Technik sounds great. If you're in Melbourne you might be able to arrange a meeting if you PM him

the biggest concern i would have about any non-standard exhaust is in-cabin drone.
