Was the cam belt done at 105,000km? Did they do the water pump & the pullies at the same time?

It might also be the cam follower for the HPFP. That's a common issue for that model

Just use high quality oil 504.00/507.00 spec (Mobil1, Fuchs, Motul, Shell Helix Ultra Extra, Penrite Eviro+). Skip the viscosity additive - you really don't need it. If the oil is really filthy you might consider using some engine flush before the next change, then change with 502.00 & change it again after 5,000km to 504.00 to get any sludge out & give the galleries a good clean.

Yep major services have been done!

Off topic. Wont name the shop to abide by forum rules but they are in North Sydney on Pacific Highway calling themselves a Prestige mechanic.... They charged 600+ for a CV plastic boot changed and an oil change. AVOID. Better priced mechanics out there. Will never ever take my car there again and will also stop my family from going there that have been taking there VAG cars.
