MY04 Passat losing coolant

hi all...

anyone know of any common faults with my04 passat v5 losing coolant...
the radiator did have a split and was replaced with a new one outta vw.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Loosing coolant, how? leak on the floor or just using coolant? How much is it using ?..............VW..............
