LOL... didn't think of that one!

    Update:

I now have a Navigation DVD, and an iPod cable. With audio going to be resolved next week, all basically now sorted I believe. Shame it wasn't right first time, but they've been pretty good in working to resolve.

Now that i have the nav DVD, I have been able to create a custom POI nav disk that contains traffic cameras, BP and Caltex fuel stations, which was why I wanted the DVD! Works fine.

Also today we (me and Shaneth) installed the Fiscon Basic Plus bluetooth, and hooked it all up. Ran VAGCOM and set the code for that, so all fully integrated. AWESOME Bluetooth system. Full integration, brilliant display on the RNS510, and integrated with the MFD in the dash. Love it.

Sounds awesome Swallowtail...would be keen to hook up at some point and see your improvements. Did you say you were using an Iphone?

Has the first gear settled down yet or is it still the same?

Swallowtail I am glad to finally read that all is going well..

Austral would have to be the worse dealership (they have no meaning for word customer service).. I have been back 6 times since Feb and I am now waiting for a new reversing camera since mine sh*t itself..

Mechanically awesome.. The rest is just a pain...

I think most dealers seem to have really crap after sales service. My R36 had 3 minor things that were put in to be rectified, things that should have been picked in the pre-delivery process at another SE QLD Dealer. When I picked it up they said they couldnt fix the main problem on the day and then forgot about the other 2!!!

Another trip back there in Friday!!!!

Funny you say that I found that the Camberwell dealership in Melbourne has been great. I took back the car a couple of little things and each time (well 2 of 3 times) they did it on the spot and had the service manager come and fix the problems. The final one was a pain so they boooked it into service and gave me a loan car to 'enjoy'
