    Ah (penny dropped - I'm a little slow). Just realised you have a Golf, not a Passat

    Paddle shifters come with the Sports Pack (TDi and V6 models only - not available on the 118 TSi model).

    Sorry just wanted to know can this go on the 08 passat wagon? also how easy is it to install? Has anyone in Adelaide done it?

    If you've got a steady hand it's dead easy

    Did you read Page 4? Sticky 3M adhesive is used.

    No i mean do you need to have paddle shift already on car for them to work? I have a passat wagon tsi with just standard steering wheels.

    They are very easy to attach, very easy. I'd suggest if you want them, get the eBay copies. Almost identical quality and look and considerably cheaper.

    I have removed mine but only because I decided they weren't my thing, long term.

    Yes, these are just stick on extenders for the existing paddle shifters
