I've now returned the plastic protection strip to the dealer. Went in and said "I think you've given me the wrong one, I asked for stainless steel, this one's plastic".
When the guy looked up the list of accessories, there isn't a real s/steel, only the plastic one described as "stainless steel look".
No one at the dealership corrected me or offer any clarification when I ordered stainless steel, I spoke to 3 different people in total. Can't help feeling cheated by their misinformation, they must have been laughing themselves to the bank getting $185 for a $10 part.
To top it off, they wouldn't put the refund back onto my card, they'll send a cheque. FFS. Maybe I'll pay by cheque for my next service

I got a email yesterday from Deliver Plus (Worldwide Parcel Delivery Services | Business courier | Deliver Plus Ltd) with a tracking number. Looking up the number does not yet show an ETA, but shows that it is using their Silver Plus service. I will keep you updated.
Here is an update, with a warning for anyone who is considering purchasing a bumper protector or other items from unqshop.com:
DeliverPlus tracking is still, after 10 days, showing that the item has not been dispatched. My order history on unqshop.com says that the item has been sent. I have tried contacting unqshop to clarify the situation several times via the contact form on their website. I have not had any response from them. I have just now attempted to create a dispute case with PayPal to try to get a response. After creating the dispute case, PayPal displayed the message "Your seller is currently unable to respond to this dispute" and asked if I wanted to escalate it immediately to a claim, which I did as this was the only option other than cancelling the dispute. My understanding is that this occurs if the seller's PayPal account has been suspended or if there have been previous issues with them.
So, it looks like I'm about to find out how well PayPal's claim resolution works. I would strongly suggest that anyone considering doing business with unqshop.com use extreme caution. It's possible that this is all just a misunderstanding, but I'm not hopeful.
Have done disputes through Paypal and have got a satisfactory conclusion.
However in your case it could be the shipping firm has not updated the status of the shipment.
Have had several items with tracking supposedly still in transit when I have been using them for a day or so.

I'm hoping that's all it is, however I'm not optimistic. I did check with the shipping firm a few days ago and they confirmed at that stage that the item had not been dispatched. I've just sent them another query. What's really got me worried is the unresponsiveness of the seller and the fact that PayPal wanted to immediately escalate my case from a dispute to a claim.
I have finally got a response from the seller: a one-sentence email saying that the package was sent with DHL, not DeliverPlus. No explanation for the change and no tracking number provided. PayPal is still showing the DeliverPlus number and DeliverPlus have confirmed that they have definitely not picked up the package. I have asked the seller for a DHL tracking number or other proof that the package has been sent. I'll keep the case with PayPal open until I either get that or the package is actually delivered.
