    leak in wiper washer reservoir

Hi it looks like I have a leak in the wiper washer reservoir. It looks like a bit of a PITA to remove, inaccessible bolts etc has anyone done this if so is it less of a PITA than I think it is? Also is VW going to charge me an arm and a leg for a replacement? Its a 2009 Passat 3.2 awd. Ta

VW have quoted me $280 for the parts and $300 labour (2 hours) as it requires the entire bumper to be removed.

Not 100% sure. But the reservoir doesn't drain completely. I can see it comes in 2 sections, water level gets to lower section and no longer leaks. I'm wondering if it could be the O ring that joins the 2 sections. Can't for the life of me find the leak.

They dont join with a o ring the are plastic welded together. It might be the pump. Pump o ring. Connector pipe or a rat bite....VDUB..
