Funny story..

We had two lots of visitors come round on the weekend, some work colleagues of my wife, followed by one of her cousins and family. My car was parked in the carport, with the car that belonged to her friends behind it. Anyhow, after a couple of hours I looked out the front window, and my first thought was "How did my car get there, when nobody's been outside, and there's another car blocking the drive?".. followed about 2 seconds later by a knock at the door with her cousins arriving.

Turns out they'd bought a Passat wagon as well, complete with sunroof but in silver (which next to a white house on an overcast day looked close enough to white).. they've got a 2.0FSI.. and other than that, the cars are pretty much identical.. the last time we'd visited them, we'd parked around the corner from their place so they hadn't seen ours then..

My first comment to them was "I can't knock your taste in cars".. to which their reply was "We were just thinking the same thing"..
