    Nice!

Yeah, AMG's are NICE, I would LOVE to have myself a C63... Drove my uncle's recently. It's just boner generating exhilaration!

Can always rely on Rocket for a classy contribution....

Interesting thing from talking to a few others since it appears a lot of people were slower than they were expecting last night...

My mate in his WRX only pulled 15 flat when he's done early 14s consistently before. His brother in law has a R32 GTR that does 12s and he only managed late 13s... All the WRXs (including an STI) only pulled 14s, and an Evo X about 14 flat.

Who knows. I had fun, and 14.3 is still pretty quick... I will get 13s though, count on that...

Hey, I drove it, I got a boner! Hhahaha... I'm not going to lie about it

Getting used to the slight launch control delay will certainly help with times.

Nope... makes no difference whatsoever. The timing is triggered by movement off the line, not by the lights.

It's a genuine 1/4 mile time, ignoring reaction time.

I was actually releasing the brake before the 3rd orange lit - that was launching me nicely after the last (3rd) orange and green. I was getting the drop on almost everyone I went up against over the first 20 - 30 feet.

Ah cool! That's awesome then... You know exactly what your time is rather than having to factor in your reaction time.

Yes it was good fun last night simon. I was suprised by the times most cars were getting. A fair bit slower then i have seen at other times.
But i dont mind a 14.3 though as it means its equal with my best time to date.

Thats a pretty good time, I have a couple of C63 customers who have run high 12's in their cars - the secret is (like always) in getting that one good launch.

Was that on a different run than you've posted?
