Yes I'm sure the DynAudio is great for those who use and appreciate it and I'm certainly not going to knock anyone who has it.
When I'm driving I'm into just that...driving and like the radio on for some background noise.
I've got $15k+ audio gear in my home theatre and use that for when I'm into music
While I can do two things at once I can only appreciate one of them at a time :-)
I often mute the music in the car - so I can focus entirely on the driving experience. :) I have said it before and I'll say it again, each to their own.
I have a nice set up at home but never have time to use it! I only get "me" time in the car lol, hence why I want a decent sound system in the car.
Having said that, there are times when I too turn the stereo off. Funnily enough - I must be getting old - its not to enjoy the 3.6L growl but usually its to enjoy the quiet and serenity of the CC!
I think the nice thing with the R36 (and the CC36) is that you can choose how you enjoy it to suit your mood!
BTW R34, did you get any options on your car?

Yea I noticed the sunroof R34. I assume you got ACC too. Did you get the RNS510 with GPS?
