Just an update for everyone from the experiences I had at VW Ringwood. As it turns out DSG had no issues & once it was "reset" it is back to normal. Climate control I was told "is functioning normally". When I questioned why it blows very cold air at high fan speed when it is a sunny day yet only 17 deg the response was that I should manually override. Sort of defeats the purpose of having automatic climate control.

Here are where the real issues start. I also needed them to sort out a coding issue with my tow bar. Symptoms was when I engage reverse the rear sensors aren't disabled & no trailer picture on screen to indicate that I am towing. They have apparently fixed this but in the mean time disabled my front sensors & lane assist & RVC. I took the car back & they fixed the front sensors & lane assist but told me they couldn't fix the RVC because it was aftermarket & wouldn't entertain the thought of re-imbursement to me to have this re-coded.

Anyway, I have now realised that the auto park is not working either despite the reassurance they gave me last time that everyhting was checked & back to factory.....so it is back to VW Ringwood (for the 5th time).
