I did try a couple pieces of wood, but the nose would meet the kerb before the wheels made it into the wood.. Maybe a piece of checker-plate steel (expensive'ish) or a much wider piece of wood would do it =/
I have seen some rubber solutions on eBay, but they cost $165 per piece and you need 2-3 pieces. I'd spend that on my driveway, but not somewhere I visit every 1-2 weeks. That and there's no guarantee someone won't walk off with them..
