Was wondering if anyone's had issues with downshifting via paddles on the DSG (on our R36)? Occasionally the car doesn't shift down on the first tap of the paddle and it takes a further 1 to 2 for the eventual shift. These shifts are all asked for at reasonable rev ranges, eg. 1800-2200rpm in 6th coming back to 5th. Really intermittent and occasional, and generally limited to 6-5 & 5-4 shifts. Otherwise everything seems to work well when left in D. Worth tripping down to the dealer for or normal variance?
