    Cruise control speed adjustment

    MY10 125, standard cruise control.

With cruise control active, briefly pressing the control lever up (to increase the set speed) increases speed to the nearest 10km/h value. For example, with the speed set to 101km/h, briefly pressing the control lever increases speed to 110km/h. If however the speed is set to 109km/h, it will still move up to 110km/h. If the lever is pressed up once again, it will increase to 120km/h.

The same happens in reverse when decreasing the set speed.

If I hold the lever up, it slowly increases the set speed until I release the lever.

In the manual it says pressing the lever briefly will "increase speed in small steps". A 10km/h jump is not a small step in my book.

Is this normal? If it is, can the amount be adjusted to say jumps of 2km/h?

Thanks in advance, couldn't find any info on this after searching the forum.

    Cheers.

Pull the lever towards you to move up in increments of 1 km/h.

All you have to do is flick the lever towards you and it will increase by 1 kph. If you want to reduce speed click the on/off button and it will reduce speed by 1 kph. Hope that helps pj

    Yes I read the manual.

No where in the cruise control section does it mention using the resume movement (pulling lever towards you) or the set speed button to raise / lower the speed by 1km/h.

It only mentions moving the lever up / down, which results in the speed adjustments mentioned in my OP.

Now, if there's some obscure reference in another section of the manual, I may have missed it. But I read the entire cruise control section (all 3 pages of it!) a number of times.

Sorry... It may not be in my manual. I simply put two and two together when I pulled the leaver towards me and the speed went up by one. LOL

While I've read most of the manual I find it poorly set out and not very comprehensive compared to most other manuals I've used
