    Cigarette Lighter Not Working

On my 98 Passat, my cigarette lighter stopped working.
Could be just a blown fuse, where is the fuse in the car?
Another thing, I got the car back from the detailer (water damage, the sunroof drain was clogged and I got heaps of water in the passenger side) and I don't think I have used the lighter since. If it is not a blown fuse and just a lose connection, is it easy to fix?

Are you using a cigarette lighter or an accessory as it is not designed for an actual cigarette lighter

    Hehe

    Cheeky
I don't know what it's officially called, excuse me
I use it to charge my mobile phone or my headset, not to light cigarettes. I don't smoke anyway.

The fuse is in the compartment by the side of the driver's dash which meets the door. IIRC the lighter power socket has a dedicated fuse.

    Thank you, sir.
I'll have a look at later today.
