Changing lights to LED for B7

How have others gone about changing the bulbs on their B7's to LED?

The main one I'm unsure of is the rear tail/brake light, I notice that these are W21W. When the tail light is on it is dim as a tail light, then goes bright as a brake light - it is not dual filament. Are there any LEDs on the market that will work the same way?

I've searched around but have been unable to find anything. The only thing that is consistent is that the globes need to be CANbus error free.

I couldn't find any globe lists on the internet or in the manual, so here is what I identified by removing all globes:
    Rear
Tailgate tail lights W5W x2 each side
    Tail/Brake light W21W
    Reverse light W18W
    Indicator WY21W (orange)

    Front
Indicator PY21W (orange with offset pins)
    Daytime Running Lights P21W
    Fog Lights H8

Look forward to other's experience and advice on what to use.

I have some very good globes from Ali express. Search for the thread or I'll find and post it later. But you'll need to use red leds as white globes are too bright and look pink through the red plastic housing.

How do they go handling the different light intensities? I assume this is done by supplying 6 V as a tail light, then 12 V when needed as a brake light.

Probably, never put a multimeter across the terminals. They work is all I care about.

I'm in Sydney and would love it if someone could point me in the direction of a website to buy all of the above!
