    Buying a premodded R36

Is there any tuning companies which sell modified R36's from new ?

I mean in the same way that saleen sells modified mustangs as new cars, so when its picked up its already been done, instead of having to buy one from the dealer and then go get it done afterwards.

    Thanks

Most likely not in Australia mate. The market would be so specialised and it would be a huge investment on the part of the modifier to run the risk of not being able to sell the car.

But would a tuning workshop undertake the process and sell you it as a complete unit of newcar prices + modifications price as a whole single figure?

I seriously doubt it....... That would mean they'd need to buy the car first.

Rockets comments sum it up perfectly.

No market = no way... and attempting to create one in this country would be a HUGE financial mistake.

If you're serious ask one, I'm sure they can come up with a deal that suits your Fathers requirements.

I think Guy_H at APR has done some work at the dealers for specific customers before they take delivery. This would have to be on request though and require collaboration between the specific dealer and APR or whoever the tuner in question is.
Not exactly what you're talking about though.

Its not for my father, but i am serious.

So it seems the best way would be to talk to a workshop, pay them the money to get the car, mod it then deliver it modded? The stock R36 isnt fast enough for the customer I know but they quiet like it and they cant include the modifications in their finance unless they occur as a total price of sale.
