normal due to the fact the coolant is stil hot
I have a 1998 v6 Passat. I have notice that if I lift the hood after a run that I can hear bubbling sound coming from the coolant bottle area.
Is this normal or any know symptoms? Thanks

The correct name for the "coolant bottle" is a de-gassing tank, so the bubbles show that it's doing what it's designed to do. The trick is to recognise an abnormal amount of gas so if you're motor isn't overheating I would sleep well tonight
try running around without the aircon on and see if you still have the sound afterwards
