Brake & handling upgrades

Will this work?

S4 brake discs & calipers.... I think this means I'm going from 288 to 320. Or am I just going 312 to 320?
S4 sway bars?

I've got a 3BG V6 passat wagon.

It really needs a rear bar. I got quoted $700 thereabouts for a neuway bar. A whiteline one is just TOO NASTY.

The wagon could do with upgraded brakes I feel. Depends - the law of dimishing returns kicks in pretty fast - APRacing, Brembo, Wilwood.... Excellent performance - out of control price.

You can probably go to 312mm from something else that runs 5 by 112mm rims.

A decent set of pads and replacement discs and fluid would improve matters I am sure.
