    B5 passat issue please help

    Hello everyone,

    2002 v6 passat. Car would start idle at 500rpms for a second and die. This happened for about 10 min of intermittent trying. After that 10 min the car would then idle but unless I rolled on the gas very lightly the car would die. If I roll on the gas lightly and let it rev up I can release the gas completely and the car will go right back to idle. Any ideas?
