Hi guys
Just called VW head office to report the iron specks stuck on my car paint and windows since new.
Suppose to get a call from the dealership whom supposively sent pics and report to head office but never
Heard from them since.
Has anyone got a good outcome from reporting this to head office whom created
A case?

Also anyone manage to remove those specks from their car or reported
Them to the dealership ?
