    Anyone had their DPF removed?

I'm so frustrated with dpf. Anyone removed it yet?

I believe there have been 1 or 2 people who have done it.
    Highly illegal though.

Best bet is to wait for Greg's sports DPF.

What about forced regen via VCDS? I'm would like to see a real example on how people perform this and what to expect. If I was to keep this car I probably best invest in the vcds cable and run force/emergency regen myself.

Not going to remove the ash if that is the problem.
Have a look at Greg's thread where he disected the DPF, a lot of ash came out that is not going to be removed by a regen.

Mine is blowing white smoke now during acceleration from the lights and whilst its doing regen. Should I be worried? Seems to blow white smoke each time I accelerate.
