I paid 161 for my BP Ultimate today, cost $92 to top up the tank.

Unfortunately, my FPV GT-P is a thirsty little brute, and a tank will only last about 380kms

All you Sydneysiders heading north up to Newcastle make sure you fill up
    before leaving home.
Twin caltex at wyong selling Diesel yesterday at $1.75. filled up at my
usual servo BP at Normanhurst at $1.63. Who's ripping who off.

On one hand, I hate the high cost of oil and the translation to high petrol prices. I hate paying for petrol

On the other hand, our business goes crazy with high oil prices and we're flat out keeping up with demand for our services. Paying for the petrol or diesel isn't a problem, but it still hurts like hell to pay eighty bucks to fill up the Golf and over a hundred to feed the Q7!

It would be wrong for me to complain, I work for a rather large oil and gas company

One of my tasks is marketing the stuff for the US$115+ per barrel that is talked about!!

You must have had a day off when June light sweet crude futures dropped to $110-ish

Or do we blame the Scottish for that... hm!

lol steve, if yr getting $110 and i'm getting $115, who's having a day off?

My mention of the $115 was in reference to the records recently set. thank god we have a strong aussie dollar to partially offset it, otherwise, we'd all be paying as much as $2.50/litre!!

What, they only give you 25% off? Gee, that'll cut their profit margin by nearly half !!

Only kidding, but certainly nice if you can get that sort of "discount".
