2003 B5 Passat centre guage display issues

So I'm having what seems like a common issue. My display in the middle of my cluster no longer reads properly. I am having a heck of a time trying to find some one to repair it as I am not confident in my soldering skills. Does any one know of some one preferably in QLD who could repair or replace it?

Have you bought a new screen? I haven't done one but the RAF spent a lot of money training me to fix electronics years ago.

Found a company nearby happy to take the job on but just unsure what the actual part is. Trying to find the right one brings up so many confusing topics.
