    Wiper Blades

I have a MY23 City Life and had to change wiper blades. I've had luck with Bosch on my Yeti so used AP650U and AP500U on the front which work fine.

Trying to find rear Bosch wipers is a problem in Australia. Tried Bosch AM33H which didn't fit even though it listed the T-Roc on the box and when looking at A331H it has a different mounting so not suitable. Seems the T-Roc after 2022 uses a different wiper arm and from what I have found A335H may be suitable but not sold in Australia. Looked at other wiper brands but all seem to use a mounting for pre 2023 wiper arms. Just a heads up.

Looks like I'll have to get some from the VW dealer.

I found the same thing - disappointed that Bosch A335H are not sold in Australia - was determined not to buy from a VW dealer. I ended up biting the bullet and purchased a Bosch A335H wiper from UK. Given the wiper blade mounting clip on Bosch wipers is removable, I can now simply buy A331H from now on and change the wiper clip from a A331H - obviously being very careful removing the clip.

I wouldn't bother with Bosch. OEM and Bosch last less than 18 months for us.

Started switching all the cars to Wipertech and so far have done 2 x Golfs, 1 x Polo GTI, 1 x Up! and 2 x T-Rocs (including the R). The wipertech wipers are definitely a lot better than OEM and all are made to fit the model. Would not ever go back to OEM (or Bosch).

As a bonus, Wipertech blades are less than half-price compared to anything else decent out there.

Ive had a similar experience to Sharkie with the OEM VW wiper blades as well as various other brands, including Tridon & Bosch. I have been using Wipertech on my 2x cars as well as several family members cars that I maintain for them and they do seem to last longer. Been using them for probably about 6 years in total.

Wipertech are also regularly on sale (10-15% off) but I find using the code REDRIVEN15 gives you 15% all the time, as they sponsor a Youtube channel called Redriven. Buy Wiper Blades Online | Best Windscreen Wipers by Wipertech

As Sharkie and Lucas stated above re wipertech blades, I have been using them for a few years now and can't fault them.
They last forever, are reasonably priced and do the job very well.

Quick story - I had a T-Roc where the front wiper blades would shudder from new, tried OEM replacements and Bosch (as recommended from another forum). Came across wipertech, gave them a go and the problem disappeared.
When I updated to my current T-Roc R I took the wipertech blades off the old T-Roc and replaced them with new OEM set I had setting around.
Got the new T-Roc home and after a few weeks in the rain I was very disappointed with the OEM's performance. Replaced with the (by then 6 months old) wipertech blades and all was good.
Those blades have been in use for about 18 months now and are showing no indication of a need to replace.

I also have an Audi, where the blades fitted to it are very good compared to Volkswagen's crappy lot, I have just replaced them with wiper tech.

Same here. Before retiring I worked dealing with VW, Merc, BMW after market spares and always used Bosch blades with no issues. However a few years back I had 2 sets that shuddered from new. Never found out if compound changed or something else. Switched to Wipertech for Golf, Polo and Renault Meganne and never had any issues other than Bosch release clip is smoother and only needs thumb pressure whereas I need to use small screw driver to release Wipertech blades on Golf and Polo.
