Ok, I’m new here so trying to get my head around the inner workings of the VW infotainment system. I came from a 2017 Mustang and when I text was received it was instantly displayed on the screen, regardless of what was on your current screen and it gave you the option to hear the message, reply or ignore. However on the T-Roc R messages don’t come through straight away and I’d never know there was a message if it wasn’t for a little envelope symbol at the top of the screen and then I have to drill down through the menus to get to the message section of the phone menu. Also there is no sound to alert to any message.

So my question is, is this normal behaviour or do I not have the settings set correctly either in the car or on my phone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
