    new T-Roc owner

    Hi All,

just picked up a new 2023 T-Roc R-Line last week, but i've got a bit of an issue with wireless apple carplay.

every time i enter my apartment basement carpark or a Westfield carpark the apple carplay drops out or disconnects.

anyone else experience this issue ?

Hey mate, that is weird. Is your phone automatically connecting to one of the wifi networks in those locations? (In which case, the connection to the car (which then provides CarPlay) will drop out.)
    Cheers

Yea a few of us have experienced similar issues when going through pay tolled roads here in Melbourne. Not sure if there's a fix but worth raising for your vw dealership especially if you experience this daily! Would Ben keen to know what they say.

hold down power button until the radio turns off but keep holding until you see the vw logo again then let go.

i've also noticed that if you leave mobile hotspot turned on it drops frequently also... maybe its an iphone thing.
