Septemeber 2024 had the 4th service carried out under 5 yr Care Plan.
Air Conditioner been a bit suspect since but just put it down to short trips and Qld heat & humidity.
Last Saturday had to drive 862klms to see the mother and attend sisters funeral - A/C blew cool air only and it became a case of windows down in 60 zones and put up with it in 100/110 zones.
Went to Central Coast VW but they weren't helpful to even look at it for my return trip 2 days later. Called Keystar Kippa-Rind where I get it serviced and they would only look @ it @ next available slot on 19th = to me crap service again seeing VW say get it look at ASAP and don't use. Quoted $203.50 per hour diagnostic check if not a warranty claimable issue = WTF.
Anyone had similar issue?
Can't see any damage to condenser @ front of car, can't pull the fuse as no tool in the fuse box behind the glove box to do so. Tomorrow will check allergen/pollen filter behind glovebox just in case they've not replaced it as stated on ALL 4 service receipts.
Can hear a slight knocking sound/noise when A/C turned on and doors closed & radio off when putting ear near outlets.

Update on this - 19/12/24 had the air con looked @ and was advised the "gas" was very low so after an inspection gas & dye put into the AC system and rebooked for 7 Jan for another check up which has been carried out and no loss of gas and temps with outlet probe were all within specified range.
Seems to be working fine again No Charge & informed to keep an eye on it and any problems take it back.
No reason for issue provided but expect it may have been attributed to belt replacement and someone trying to improve access and so loosening AC pipes @ the September service
