mk3 lowered springs

Hi, after a full set of lowered springs for a mk3 vr6, nothing too drastic, just want a respectable drop.

Spax lowered springs OK?

This is what they looked like on my MK2 (same suspension as a MK3).



I've also got aftermarket sports shocks to go with them. Not sure what brand but they are yellow and much stiffer than standard shocks.

$200 for the lot.

How much did they lower the car by?

Hard to tell. I've had quite a few suspension setups so I don't know how these compare to standard height.

My MK2 is low but was used as a daily over country roads so not stupid low.

What were the springs originally sold as? mk2 or mk3? the mk3 stuff is stiffer as they are heavier..

How much for the springs alone? already got bilsteins on atm

Get spring rates for the heavier motor!

The springs were taken off a VR6. I ran them with the sports shocks on the back and standard shocks on the front because they were too stiff on my MK2.

$120 for just the springs.
