    DSG gearbox or mechatronic unit

    So I think my mechatronic unit has died yesterday gears not engaging, prnds flashing etc.
    Anyone has or know of any DSG car being wrecked? Mine is 02E.
    Please let me know if anyone's selling the gearbox.

    Get this inspected properly to diagnose and understand the root cause of the fault.

    That said, putting a changeover gearbox will likely sort it entirely.

    yeah, I did a quick scan by myself and it showed the 19143 - Unexpected / Implausible Mechanical Gear Disengagement error.
    Plus DSG reset procedure didn't work with blocks 060, 061 etc not accessible
    So it looks like a mechatronic to me But yes, it will be inspected by an experienced person soon
