Might be able to help out. Had spacers (Sparco branded) on my MK1 Audi TT but from memory they were 8mm front and 12mm rear, they also came with longer wheel studs to suit. Will double check specs if you're interested?
Edit: Just checked and they are 12mm and 20mm, so no good for you. Might have to put these up for sale now that I have dragged them out.

got a pair of 12mm with both 5x100 and 5x112 with bolts if you're keen, came off my mkv
