wind noise from driver's window

Is it more of a whistling noise?

Yeah, its literally like when you leave a tiny gap when you dont close the window all the way up, like if it went up a couple millimetres more it would stop..
I read somewhere that cars without frames on the doors sometimes have this problem and its as simple as adjusting the window so that it goes up a couple millimetres more when you close it.
Lets see what they tell me on Tuesday. Its def not a sealing problem as ive checked and rechecked all seals around the door.
