    Basic intake mod

Something that has always annoyed me on the Arteon is how only one intake inlet is open (AU driver side), while the other side is blocked.

When I had the R600 installed, I thought it'd be opened up, but apparently not. So, today I made up a couple of fins to hold the plastic/rubber blocker piece down and allow airflow straight into the airbox/filter. Cut, sanded and coated the fins out of carbon fiber board that I had previously made out of scrap pieces.

They just slot into the vertical grill fins (hollow on the back) and now the R600 has clear airflow from both sides.
