    2022 Arteon SB question....

Looking to purchase a 2022 Artein shooting brake? Upon inspection, I discovered this...
I'm not sure if this is broken or meant to be that way because I used Passat.

    please check attached photos.

Are you referring to the little wind defectors/aerodynamic aids in front of the tyres?

They are meant to finish where they do - they do not extend out to the edges of the front bumper.

If they are a little dam like on the Polo they get rubbed on the higher stops in car parks My wife was always doing it and it pulled the plugs through and I could pop them back Ok The 6 in high ones do it but the 4in are Ok so be careful how you park

In what way do you believe they are broken? A bit more information would be useful.

I plan to get the Arteon to Vic. Completed pre-purchase, and the tester supplied these images. The front (not the back) of my Passat has something similar but not looks like this one. It appears that poor parking caused damage to these Arteons. However, this is merely my viewpoint. After I deliver the a car to Victoria, I will have additional information.

I'm still not clear what damage you're referring to? They look like typical wind deflectors to me - no significant cracks or scratches, no sagging, not hanging unevenly etc.
