    What did you pay?

    Hi all,

    I’m getting my wife a 2018 Original (manual) with no options or add ons and it arrives on Tuesday.


    Price: $36,440 on road
    Trade in: :$11,500
    Extended manufacturer warranty: $1,500

    My trade in is a 2013 Polo GTI with 86k kms and a few hail dents but otherwise very good paint, besides the usual stone chips.

    How is this a MK8 Golf mate? The 2018 is still a MK7.5
    Seems a reasonable trade...
