Finally have some pics of the finished intercooler. We are just compiling the performance data now. We now have a no cut, bolt on fitment that gives us all the performance benefits of the prototypes used on "Project Polo" - you can read about it here:

No info on the plate differential, the manufacturer has asked to keep it quiet until final release.

The hybrid turbo is our own design, its not finished yet, so I don't have any more info until it is. There will be a slight mod to the cold side intake part but apart from that it fits up as per factory.

LSD
When are we looking at details of the differential? This is something im very very interested in fitting. Speaking to the likes of peloquin, wavetrac and quaife, they are not expecting to develop any time in the near future. Now these are ATB LSDs so very good for road manners and last a long time.

Now a plate diff can normally be set up with different slip ratio's etc, however they require maintenance and replacement plates after a while, so are technically a consumable like brakes etc. What are you thoughts on these, and how long do you think this LSD will last?

Sway bars/anti roll bars
I believe you guys are running uprated sway bars front and rear on your Polo. Would you be able to release sizes etc? Currently i'm yet to find anywhere selling front sway bars, and whiteline are the only place ive found selling a rear bar.

Are you guys looking into anything like adjustable top mounts or adjustable lower control arms to add more camber, or anti lift kits etc?

loving what you guys are doing though.
