How does your "Tuner" test their products?

Sorry I don't understand? Are you implying that VW build every single car differently? -

The way that the same model behaves on the road (engine, transmission and steering) you would think so.

Same goes for response to tunes, especially cookie cut ones.

As far as reliability of equipment goes, we all own VW's, that isn't a factor at all
