There are also individual dyno graphs of each stage of modification. The initial product development was carried out over 3 separate cars in a 9 week period.
We chose to build headers for this vehicle to pick up where other manufacturers actually lost HP & Torque from more conventional header design. We also tested 2 cars back to back, one with a catback exhaust, the other with a stock exhaust - the only difference was less than 3 wkw, so we decided to not persue a cat back system. Headers are available in either mild steel or full stainless steel. 100% Australian made.
The headers work best when coupled with a high flow airbox, the BMC CDA is the best we have tested for this application. The combination of the two will see gains of ~15 - 20 grams / sec of mass air flow.
The software was done in conjunction with DMS automotive from the UK, good results by itself and even better when coupled with our headers & airbox.
