Here is some details on a new Golf R build we have just completed for a customer.
The build sheet is
APR Stage 3 including:
APR GTX Turbo upgrade
APR Runner Flap delete kit
APR RSC Exhaust system with standard tips for stealth
APR Intercooler
APR Fuel Pump
VWR intake
VWR Wheels
VWR streetsport plus suspension & linear spring upgrade with adjustable top mounts
VWR 6 pot brake kit upgrade with decals removed
HP Sway bar upgrade
HP Control arm upgrade
HP Corner weight & tracksport wheel alignment
HP DSG Software
Haldex AWD controller upgrade
This car has ~ 7,000km's on it from new - first step is a stock baseline dyno run - we do three uncorrected power runs so you can see a good average & the effects of heat soak on power.

Uncorrected data over 3 runs average - 117kw & 190nm more at the hubs than standard.
