At this stage APR have given us a price rise on all hardware, so depending on what happens in the next 14 days the hardware will go up in price - not down.

Went to the dealer last year and said ECU upgrade needed to be done on the bench.
Can the upgrade be done via DirectPort programming now?

all late Tiguans are done on the bench - not via boot pin or solder - it uses APR's "Chip Clip"

I've currently got stage 1 with VWR intake.

I was hoping to go stage 2 with DP and HPFP. Though, my understanding is that if I buy the hardware, the tune upgrade is no cost.

So ... basically, not really eligible for any discount. Correct? Because I can't got stage 2 on its own unless I by the hardware.
