Guy, what is an expected install charge for the apr K04 kit for mkv fsi gti?
I am currently stage 2+ with apr dp, fuel pump and tune. Considering going k04. I have a bsh true seal intake which I have heard does not go well the the apr k04 due to the maf location. I also have standard intercooler.

MAF Diameter must be 100% OEM size - certainly the VWR one is so it works well. Labour on K04 is ~ 8-10 hours.

Just curious with the VWR intake, is there a different ecu mapping for that hardware... I currently have stage2+ with HPFP and downpipe. As I usually get my stuff and service done with derek@european autotech but he is at mona vale and I live an hour away out east...

If I get the intake installed at another APR distributor, would they update the software (if there is one available)?

No change to the mapping required, the VWR intake keeps the exact VW specific MAF size - hence why its so successful!
