On sale here is a brand new genuine VW new Beetle arm rest with storage bin inside.

Listed as fitting the new Beetle 1999-2001.
Dark grey velour cloth covering with tiny black dots.
Might fit other years and other models but this is up to you to make sure.
I bought this item thinking it will fit my VW Golf 1.8T 2002 without checking the part number.
