Stage 3 Turbo Kit (K04-001XL) for 9N3 Polo GTI / Mk4 Golf GTI

Hi everyone, I have a stage 3 turbo kit for 9N3 Polo GTI for sale. In summary, I’ve researched and collected what I believe to be the best bang for your buck turbo setup, without the need for engine modifications, such as rods, etc. My reason for selling is that I’m focusing on my track-focused handling setup and tyres (not to mention some driver training!) so I’d prefer to spend the money on that instead.

This is the same turbo and setup that Louis ran on his 13.1 second 9N3 Polo (quickest in Australia) and the same one Sean has used on his 9N3 track car for over 3 years with no problems. These turbos can make up to 300hp without any issues.

    Kit includes:

    • XS Power K04-001 billet turbo (direct bolt-on to the stock exhaust manifold). 50mm billet compressor wheel.
    • Forge Adjustable Wastegate Actuator
    • Deatchwerks DW65V fuel pump
    • 3” MAF Housing
    • 3” Turbo Inlet Pipe (TIP – made by Louis)
    • Bosch 550cc injectors
    • All required silicone hoses (supplied by Motorsport Accessories).

** You will need an aftermarket intercooler (FMIC) and a minimum of 2.5” downpipe to run this kit. You will also need a stage 3 tune, which we can sort out for you at cheap rate (if in Brisbane), or you can go direct to UGP Motorsports in Victoria…or if you are near a dyno, talk to DevTune in the UK.

In total, all these parts are worth $1890 retail. I’ll accept $1700 for the lot (buyer pays postage). If this doesn’t sell as kit, I’ll consider selling each part individually.

As I mentioned earlier, this kit has been put together after extensive research over the past couple of years and is arguably one of the best bang for buck setups for a 9N3 GTI wanting to move to stage 3.
