Hrmmmm $150 is a good price these normally are around $300, from all reviews and tests it doesn't make the car any quicker but apparently makes the pedal feel much better. If i didn't have to buy a new washing machine i would probably snap this up.... still tempted though if it doesnt sell

Well I've backflipped and made an offer so we'll see. I am still expecting not to fall in love with it like so many have for the cost but at the very least I really want to do a write up on what it's doing with actual stats from VCDS and post up results, and if I do end up liking what it does I'll keep it, if not I can always resell.

I've had one for over a year now and I love it.

Its one of the best mods I've done I reckon. The throttle response is 100% better than stock, and when you want to go hard, flick onto red and away you go! The pedal is tighter, auto change-downs are much more readily available and it just drives nicer...

I'd suggest you won't be sorry!

The reason your wife had difficulties is because she couldn't recalibrate her right foot.

I know plenty of people with sprint boosters & the majority are pretty happy with them. Your $150 price is really good. Probably better to list it in the 4-sale section though.
Lets not get technical on terminology and im sure anyone that has researched the product will know what message i am trying to conveay.

My purpose of commenting on my wife being able to drive it is to explain that for the vehicle being my wife daily driver, it allowed me to turn it on when i took it out on weekend drives. Please dont comment about anyones wife, is disrespectful and the way they drive because it's irrelevant to my point.

It's SOLD. So i hope Jake enjoys it and gets the most out of it.

Heaven forbid we get technical & use correct terminology.

I apologise if you think I was being disrespectful to your wife. You are correct, the gender of, & your relationship to the other driver is immaterial. The fact is that if you are having issues driving smoothly with the device then there is a human/machine calibration issue.

It's not really my fault if you are incapable of expressing a concept clearly.

ING36R sent it express (Thanks mate, top seller!), so I fitted it today. Still gonna do a full write up but initial impressions... it makes the accelerator more sensitive. It doesn't reduce lag, or jerk you off, it just makes it a lot more sensitive. I genuinely came into this looking forward to being impressed, and I do think it's a little fun, but I think this product is a rip off above $10-20 for a bit of plastic, a cable and an extremely simple little module which amplifies the signal from the pedal. And yes, I realise that makes me a sucker too! It also caused some pending fault codes for throttle sensor (Not even active just pending, would have gone away on their own) but I just immediately cleared those and am waiting to see if they come back. Weirdly, even Eco mode makes it more sensitive, the most economical setting is off.

I'll keep it on though, and give it a bit of time driving my usual routes with it on/off before I do a write up.

I might end up reselling it, if I do I will simply be selling it for what I bought it for. Should clarify, seller is great and price was great, I am happy with the purchase, just not getting the hype for the product itself, but that's why I bought it, to check it out!
