Rare(ish) Mk3 Parts and 16 inch Montreal 2s (Mk4 GTi Rims)

Hi All,

I am selling off the VR6 and as a result, have some cool stuff coming off it that I want to sell separately:

3) Rare as Hens teeth Golf Mk3 foglights and centre piece dummies with wiring harness. No euro switch but they do work with the stock switch in my VR6 (come on with one pop out). I had to replace the glass on one of the lights which was a pain ($50 lens and $20 of sealant that had me swearing my nuts off) as it was missing but they work bloody well and I love the look they add to the mk3 bumper. Looking for $125.

6) O2A gearbox brace SOLD

9) Bentley Manual Hard Cover - $40

10) VR6 Rear brake refresh kit - $100 all up, see below.

11) VR6 Air Filter Hengst Brand - $15

12) Door handle "packing" or seals (go in between the door handles and the metal) - $3 per seal or take the lot for $15 (there are enough there to do about 3 full handles back and front, stop those mk3 handles from rattling!!). They are quite expensive from the dealer, about $7 a seal i think.


WIll post at buyers expense! But would prefer local buyers.

Here are the photos. The Gearbox brace is the same as the one pictured, but all sparkly and new looking!

Also have all the gear needed for a rear brake job:

1) DBA Stock VR6 rear rotors x2 5x100 pattern with bearing races already installed - $80
2) QFM Pads (recommended as highish performance option with low dust by GSL Rallysport) - $60
3) Rear Bearings each side (unfortunately no split pins as I had to use them when I re packed my rear bearings, but they are cheap from a hardware or boat chandlery). - $30 for both.

Or can sell the lot for $130 and you can get those rear VR6 brakes up to scratch!

Guys I'm also considering selling off the cx racing coil overs in the car. They are 6/8 spring rates and only have about 15000ks on them if that, so still in great condition.

They improve both the handling AND ride over stock and suit all mk3s! Good lows too.

Considering they are now $1000 to get brand new, I'd be looking for $700 ONO just because I have to get them out (pack them if you need postage) and also buy stock suspension.
