I had a few dead pedals laser cut out of brushed stainless steel with the R symbols to match the brake and accelerator pedals of the VW R range.

After VW said they would never make one to fit and the ones on sale over the internet never actually fit the RH drive cars so i went ahead and had these made.

Mounting Instructions
1. To mount, i removed the plastic dead pedal which was held in place by 2 torx screws.
2. Ground down the grip dots off the plastic using a sand paper
3. Affix the template to the plastic using either, small screws, double sided tape or glue (keep the covered side which is protected from scratches facing you)
4. (Optional) i chose to fill the cut outs with a black caulk from Bunning’s to give it that rubber filled finish.

Dimensions:
Width at top is 55mm
Width at bottom is ~ 25mm
Length is 300mm

Pictures are on my R36. I had a mate check and they fit the Golf R also.
