Firstly will this work with this insert? I've got it in the mail and I was looking at an OEM mount to replace the assumably worn one while I'm there.

That too me looks like a push fit insert that fills the voids in the big end bush ie it will act to stiffen up the otherwise sof material/design of the dogbones big end. What I'm selling is the complete bush for the small end of the dogbone. The real deal though ie not a part that enhances a deficient part but a complete bush made out of the good stuff. So yes it will work 'with' what you just showed me in the sense that they will install at opposite ends of the dogbone and have the total effect of stiffening it up. Has a huge effect on the feel of the car.
