I'm changing things up so these have to go:

RNS MFD CD Radio Changer Control (Nav with Maps CD)
Grom Audio IPD3 Bluetooth and iPhone interface
Dietz Multi Media Interface
6 Disc CD Changer

Note - to use the CD changer and the Grom interface at the same time you'll need to make a switch system to select one or the other. I used the Grom interface mainly and hooked up the changer occasionally. The Dietz MMI can be used for a reversing camera or even an Apple TV or Android interface if you want to go that far ...
